Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

NoComply is a daily habit tracking application that allows you to:

• Create and manage a personal checklist of daily tasks
• Track task completions with notes
• Monitor your streak (consecutive days of completing tasks)
• Customize the App's appearance and language settings

2. Account Registration

• To use the App, you must sign in with a Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may only create one account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Use the App to store or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (task titles, notes, etc.).
• You are solely responsible for the content you enter into the App.
• We do not monitor, review, or moderate user content.
• We may delete your content if you delete your account or if we terminate the service.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

6. Availability and Updates

• We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.
• We are not liable for any downtime, data loss during maintenance, or service interruptions.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through:

• In the App: Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account
• Via the web: Through our account deletion page
• By email: Contact nocomply@igicode.com

Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers. This action is irreversible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability and Indemnification) will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
