When you sign in with your Google account, we receive and store:

• Email address — used to identify your account
• Display name — shown in the App
• Google account ID — used to link your account

We do not access your Google password, contacts, calendar, or any other Google services data.

2.2 User-Generated Content

Data you create while using the App:

• Task titles — your custom checklist items
• Daily completions — records of completed tasks with dates
• Notes — text notes attached to task completions

2.3 App Settings

Your preferences stored for personalization:

• Language preference (Polish/English)
• Color theme selection
• Minimum items for streak threshold
• Notification settings (enabled/disabled, time)

2.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Browsing history
• Contacts or phone data
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Financial or payment data

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide the App's functionality — managing your task checklist and tracking streaks
• Maintain your account — authentication and identification
• Save your preferences — language, theme, and notification settings
• Sync across sessions — ensuring your data is available when you log in

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the App's core functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Where We Store Data

Your data is stored in a Turso (LibSQL) cloud database hosted in the European Union. Local preferences are also stored on your device using secure local storage.

4.2 Data Transfer

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

4.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Authenticated API access with secure tokens
• No storage of Google passwords or sensitive authentication credentials on our servers

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

The only third-party service involved is:

• Google Sign-In — used solely for authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to their authentication service: policies.google.com/privacy

6. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Deleted accounts: When you delete your account, all your data (tasks, completions, notes, settings, and account information) is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user in the European Union, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of access — You can request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to rectification — You can update your task data directly in the App.
• Right to erasure — You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App (Settings > Manage Account) or through our website.
• Right to data portability — You can request your data in a structured format.
• Right to restrict processing — You can request that we limit how we use your data.
• Right to object — You can object to data processing at any time.
• Right to withdraw consent — You can withdraw consent by deleting your account.

8. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your data based on:

• Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing necessary to provide the App's services
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — by creating an account and using the App, you consent to data processing as described in this policy

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In the App: Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account
• Via the web: Through our account deletion page on our website

Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers immediately.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at nocomply@igicode.com, and we will promptly delete such data.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy will be revised accordingly.
